 In the evening, when you return, enthusiastic chat about the activities or trips of the day over a glass of sangria and tapas before the chambre d’hôtes dinner.
Meal with traditional cooking, alternating recipes from the Landes, the Basque Country and the Gironde : meat or free-range poultry, fish from the Atlantic or the Adour river, bio vegetables from the garden etc. Most often cooked on the barbecue or the plancha.
These moments when we get together and chat make the pleasure of welcoming you even greater, you who share the same desire for calm, relaxation, but who also want have a good time.
